“Etude in Black” is a gripping love story about a beautiful young woman with extraordinary talent as
a classical pianist. She is passionate about her music and
equally in love with an attractive, unassuming young man. But
she is faced with the impossible dilemma of having to choose
between the two. After making her decision and realizing a few
years later that she chose neither wisely nor too well, she
finds herself again at the same crossroads — and has to again
decide between her career and her lover.
In association with San Francisco State University (SFSU) and Cinema Chair Stephen Ujlaki, Etude Films provides an educational experience for the university's advanced students in the pre-production and production of "Etude in Black."
